On Monday October 5th, we will kick off our wintersemester 2026-27 at Folkwang University with a consort day. We will dedicate ourselves to instrumental music that originated in Brescia, around 1600. This means Canzonas and Sonatas by, among others, Giovanni Battista Fontana, Biagio Marini, Antonio Mortaro, Costanzo Antegnati, Pietra Lappi and Cesario Gussago. This program will be presented in our annual Advent Concert in November. Stay tuned for more information!
